There is no such thing as “making it,” or being a “true success.” It is a constant battle we will fight to sustain even after we get to a high-income level. Every day we can be replaced, brought down, or forgotten. It’s on us to continue to improve and want more for ourselves and those around us. True success for me is sustaining a constant path forward and building something long-lasting for myself and my circle of influence. I don’t believe I will ever be done trying to get better, kinder, or more present in the lives of those who need me. That’s my truth and my path to obtain more success.
